These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded BETWEEN:
- TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT S.L., with registered office at Calle Bruselas 3, Esc 3, 4A, 28918 Leganés, Madrid, Spain, VAT number ESB72566433, hereinafter referred to as the Seller or the Website
AND
- Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website

Article 1

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website: www.targett-fencing.com. Placing and confirming an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern online sales contracts for products marketed by the Seller to Buyers acting as consumers.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are made available to the Buyer on the Seller’s website via the hyperlink “Terms and Conditions of Sale”, where they can be consulted directly.
The Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order by ticking the relevant box.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance by the Buyer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date of the order, which are stored and reproducible by the Seller.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In such case, the applicable conditions shall be those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2

The photographs, visuals and logos displayed on the website remain the property of the Seller and may not be copied or linked without prior authorization.
Images and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Online sales offers are valid while stocks last.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL is bound only by an obligation of means in the online sales process. It shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet such as data loss, viruses, service interruption or other unforeseen issues.

Article 3

The sale price is the price in effect on the day the order is placed, including VAT applicable on that date. Any change in VAT may be reflected in product prices.
In accordance with Article L.113-13 of the Consumer Code, prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding packaging and delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume and value. The applicable amount will be indicated before order validation.
Shipping costs do not include transit fees, customs duties or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price shown at the time of order shall apply.

Article 4

Products listed on the website are regularly ordered to maintain stock availability.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL will confirm the order as soon as possible.
Depending on availability, products are delivered within 2 to 15 days from order confirmation and travel at the recipient’s risk.
In case of stock shortage, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone. The Buyer may then cancel all or part of the order.
Orders are shipped via postal services or private carriers depending on volume. Delivery times are indicative and do not engage the responsibility of the Seller.
In case of damage or anomaly during transport, the Buyer must note it on the delivery receipt with written reservations signed upon delivery.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for loss or delays caused by the carrier.

Article 5

TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL retains full ownership of goods until full payment is received. However, the Buyer assumes all risks once goods leave the Seller’s premises.
Products must be paid in full by credit card or bank transfer.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend orders or deliveries in case of payment refusal or non-payment.
The Seller also reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with ongoing payment disputes or unpaid previous orders.
Credit card payments are secure.

Article 6

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Buyer has a right of withdrawal under consumer law. Within 14 days of receiving an order, the Buyer may return products provided they are in perfect condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer and are non-refundable.

CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Customized and/or made-to-order products (including fencing masks, uniforms, jackets, trousers, or any item with personalization such as embroidery, logos, names, or custom specifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
These items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that customized and made-to-order products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
However, if TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL makes a processing error (size, reference, color), it will, where possible, replace the product with the originally ordered item and may reimburse or compensate return shipping costs.
In case of an exchange requested by the customer, return shipping costs and any price differences shall be borne by the customer.

Article 7

TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL undertakes to comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected for order processing, customer management and order fulfillment may be shared with third parties involved in payment and delivery services, strictly as necessary. Data is retained solely for commercial and administrative purposes.
The Buyer has the right to access, modify, correct and delete their personal data at any time.

Article 8

These online sales terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Madrid shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
