AND
- Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website www.targett-fencing.com, hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

Article 1
These general terms and conditions govern sales on the website: www.targett-fencing.com. By placing an order on the site and confirming this order, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions exclusively govern online sales contracts for products marketed by the seller to buyers who are considered consumers.
The general terms and conditions are made available to the buyer on the seller's website via the "terms and conditions" hyperlink where they can be directly consulted.
The buyer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions and having accepted them before placing an order by checking the box provided for this purpose.
The validation of the order by confirmation constitutes the buyer's adherence to the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, and whose preservation and reproduction are ensured by the seller.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable terms will be those in force at the time of the buyer's order.

TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL, in the online sales process, is only required to provide an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of damage resulting from internet networks such as data loss, viruses, service interruptions, or any other unintentional issue.

Article 3
The selling price of the product is that in effect on the day of the order, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the product price.
The selling prices, in accordance with article L.113-13 of the Consumer Code, are indicated, for each of the products listed in the website's catalog, in euros including all taxes, excluding packaging and shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs do not include any potential transit, customs, or tax fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Article 4
The products presented on the site are regularly ordered to replenish stock.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL will confirm its order to the buyer as soon as possible.
Depending on their availability, products are delivered within 2 to 15 days from the date of order confirmation and travel at the recipient's own risk.
In the event of out-of-stock items, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email. In this case, the buyer will have the option to cancel their order either in whole or in part.
Orders are shipped by mail or private carrier if the order volume is large. Delivery times provided are indicative and do not bind TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL.
In the case of damage or discrepancy during transport, the buyer must immediately indicate this on the carrier's delivery note by writing "handwritten reserves" and signing it upon receipt of the goods.

TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL reserves full and exclusive ownership of the goods until their full payment, but the buyer assumes all risks as soon as the goods leave TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL's premises.
Ordered products must be paid in full by credit card or bank transfer.
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL reserves the right to suspend any order processing and delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment.
The seller notably reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
Credit card payments are secured.

Article 6
In accordance with regulations, the buyer benefits from a right of withdrawal provided by the consumer code articles. Within 14 days following receipt of an order, the buyer has the option to return items, provided they are in perfect condition, have not been worn, used, or damaged, and are returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded or compensated in any way. However, if it is proven that TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL made a processing error (size, reference, color), it commits, if possible, to replace the product with the originally ordered item and will refund the buyer in the form of credit for the shipping costs incurred by the buyer to return the goods to TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL's address. In the case of an exchange requested by the customer, re-shipping will be at the customer's expense, as well as any price difference of the exchanged items.

Article 7
TARGETT FENCING EQUIPMENT SL commits to scrupulously following the code of ethics for direct marketing professionals in accordance with law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files, and liberties. The collection of personal data, its use for order processing and the creation of customer files, and its distribution to third parties responsible for order execution and payment, are subject to the consent of the concerned individual. These online sales terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Madrid has jurisdiction.
